NFDK FLAGSHIP PROGRAMME

Since 2009/2010, the National Fund for the Disabled of Kenya embarked on a programme on infrastructural development in special schools, special units, vocational centres, rehabilitation centres and homes for persons with disabilities.

So far, 99 projects have been undertaken with 72 of them completed and commissioned for use. Our goal is to have accessible facilities in our institutions of learning to enable children with disabilities access their right to education.
