Procedure of application, selection and Distribution of assistance

1. Acquisition of application forms by an individual from National Government offices countrywide (CC, DCC, ACC, Chief, and Ass-Chief)
2. Application by an individual stating their needs, skills/craft and required information.
3. Endorsement and recommendations in the above stated Government offices.
4. Sending of the form to the Fund secretariat by the Government offices or individually through post office or courier services
5. Selection of beneficiaries by the Fund officers and approval by the Trustees
6. Notification of the beneficiaries and distribution of donations through the National Government.
