Property Management

NFDK has an in-house Property Management Department that lets and manages approximately 180, 000.00 square feet in its four buildings; Rehema House situated along Standard/Kaunda Street in Nairobi Central Business District, New Rehema House situated along Rhapta Road in Westlands, Rehema Place situated at the junction of Ngong Road and Ring Road Kilimani and Rehema College House situated along University Way.

The Departments main objectives are to maintain the building image and habitability and to ensure the spaces are fully let out to suitable tenants at the prevailing market rates.

Rental collections from the above mentioned buildings are currently the organization’s main source of the income which is utilized in funding programmes.

The department lets out the commercial properties, resolves tenant complaints, collects rent, service charge and VAT from tenants, inspects the let out premises, contracts repair and maintenance service providers and periodically submits financial and occupancy reports to its tenants.
